Built around your account

You built this.Let’s look after it.

Your audience, your launches, your livelihood. Ravela checks automated replies against Instagram’s messaging rules today. Our next layer is designed to reduce avoidable sending pressure when your conversations take off.

A little care goes a long way.One account. A considered pace.Surge-pacing design preview

Behind every account,
there’s something worth protecting.

Your community.Your next launch.Your livelihood.
When your post takes off

The same big moment.A different response.

Several automations. One Instagram account. Sending every reply as it arrives can create a burst. Here’s how coordinated pacing is designed to change that.

01

Different conversations. The same account.

A guide request, a product question, a booking enquiry. Each automation adds to the sending demand on one Instagram account.

THE SEND-ON-ARRIVAL APPROACH

Every flow for itself.

Requests turn into separate bursts.

Replies arrive together
THE RAVELA DESIGN

One account. One rhythm.

A shared pace, with room for a person.

Demand is considered together

Concept walkthrough · Surge pacing is not active yet. These are illustrative approaches, not measured Instagram limits or a test of another provider. Delivery still depends on permission and Instagram accepting a send.

The goal is less avoidable sending pressure on the account you’ve worked to build.

Care before volume.
The care behind the conversation

Thought through.Account-wide.

The next layer of Creator Protection is designed around the whole connected account. Four choices that put care into how replies are sent. Surge pacing is still in preview.

01THE WHOLE ACCOUNT

Your flows work together.

A guide, a product drop, a booking link. They all send from the same account. The design gives those conversations a shared pace, so separate automations don’t pile pressure onto one account.

Less avoidable pressure when several flows get busy.
02A THOUGHTFUL NEXT STEP

A pause with a purpose.

When there isn’t room to send, eligible replies would wait. Permission is checked again before their turn, because a reply that was allowed earlier may no longer be allowed now.

Waiting work stays subject to the rules.
03ROOM FOR YOU

Stay in the conversation.

A launch shouldn’t leave you competing with your own automation. The design reserves sending room for personal replies alongside automated ones.

Make space for the people who need a person.
04CAREFUL RECOVERY

Don’t turn uncertainty into a duplicate.

Sometimes Instagram may receive a message without returning a clear answer. The design keeps that uncertainty visible and avoids blindly sending the same message again.

A more considered response when a send is unclear.
A foundation of care

Safeguards today.More in the making.

Account-wide surge pacing is still being validated and is not active for customer sends. The safeguards listed here already work in Ravela.

Connect through Instagram’s own authorization process. Your Instagram password stays with Instagram.

  • Check before every send

Messaging windows, account state, and opt-outs are checked when a reply is ready to send.

  • Respect a change of mind

When someone opts out, automated DMs stop for that person. They can choose to opt back in.

  • Keep the human touch

Take over a conversation from your inbox. Automation stops so you can reply within the allowed window.

Can Creator Protection prevent an Instagram ban?

No tool can guarantee that an account won’t be restricted or banned. Instagram makes those decisions. Ravela’s safeguards help you follow its messaging rules; the surge-pacing design aims to reduce avoidable sending pressure. Your content, account activity, and how you use automation still matter.

Is account-wide surge pacing available now?

Account-wide surge pacing is still being validated and is not active for customer sends. The safeguards listed here already work in Ravela.

What happens when a lot of people reply at once?

Today, Ravela applies its existing messaging safeguards. The next layer is designed to coordinate demand across your account, hold eligible replies when there isn’t room, and check permission again before sending. It is still in validation; waiting never guarantees delivery.

Does a comment let me send any DM?

A comment permits a narrower first private reply. The fuller conversation begins after the person responds. A DM opens a reply window, and permission is checked again before each send.

Is this for brands as well as individual creators?

Yes. A creator’s popular post and a brand’s busy launch can both bring several automations to the same connected account. The account-wide design is built around that shared pressure, whether one person or a team runs the account.
