1. The program. Ravela Technologies LLC ("Ravela") runs the Ravela Partner Program. By applying, you agree to these terms, the Ravela Terms of Service (https://ravela.app/terms) and the Privacy Policy (https://ravela.app/privacy). For the program, these terms control where they differ.
2. Applying. Joining is free. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. You must be an adult (18+) or an eligible business in a supported payout country, with one partner account. Ravela employees and contractors, people in their households, and anyone we have removed from the program cannot join. You confirm the information in your application is true and accurate, and you agree we may verify it, including through FirstPromoter and public sources, for fraud prevention and compliance.
3. Your link. Once approved, you receive a partner link. A referral is attributed when a new customer visits Ravela through your link and signs up within 90 days of that visit; the first partner link they visited wins. We can only attribute signups our tracking can see. Our tracking records decide attribution. We will look at any question about a referral in good faith, and our decision is final.
4. Founding commission. You earn 50% of eligible subscription payments collected during each referred customer's first 12 months after their first payment, then 20% in months 13–24, and nothing after month 24. Eligible payments are the customer's subscription invoice before tax, including usage overage. Store sales and paid bookings do not count. Neither do subscriptions you pay for yourself, including ones you set up for clients.
5. Maturity and reversals. A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it was earned on, and is included in the next monthly payout after that. Refunded, disputed or unpaid invoices reverse the commission, even after approval. A reversal is deducted from your balance and is never invoiced to you. Commission paid on fraud or a breach of these terms is different: we may recover it, including by deducting it from future payouts. Commissions from paid advertising are held as pending for review.
6. Payouts. Payable commission is paid monthly, on or about the 30th of the month after it was earned, by PayPal or Wise, once your payable balance reaches $50. Payouts are in US dollars, and any fees or currency conversion charged by PayPal or Wise are yours. Before your first payout, you provide a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US) in your partner dashboard. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may withhold or report taxes where the law requires.
7. What referred customers get. New customers who sign up through your link get 30 days to try Ravela, confirmed at checkout. A card and an Instagram account are required. We may change this offer for future signups.
8. Rules. No self-referrals or referring workspaces you own or control. No cookie stuffing, hidden or forced clicks or redirects, bots, bought traffic or bought leads, and no paying for a referral's subscription. No bidding on "Ravela" or its misspellings in paid search, and no ads or pages that present themselves as Ravela. No coupon or deal sites, spam, unsolicited messages, or incentives we have not approved in writing.
9. How you promote. No misleading claims about Ravela or its results. Disclose that you are a Ravela partner where you share your link, as advertising law requires. Follow marketing and privacy laws wherever you promote, and only email people who agreed to hear from you. Follow Instagram, Meta and every other platform's rules. Do not promote Ravela next to illegal, hateful, adult or infringing content, and do not run down other companies on our behalf. Do not describe yourself as a Ravela employee or agent. If we ask you to fix or remove content that breaks these terms, do it within 5 business days.
10. Brand. While you are a partner, you may use the Ravela name and the assets we provide to promote Ravela, without altering them. Do not use "Ravela", or anything confusingly similar, in a domain, social handle, app name or ad account. This permission ends when your participation ends.
11. Information. Use what you learn about the people you refer only to manage your partnership. Keep confidential anything we share with you that is not public.
12. Reviews. We may hold commission while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, and we may ask how you brought in a referral. If you do not answer within 10 business days, we may treat it as a breach.
13. Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you promote Ravela. If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your marketing, or your breach of these terms or the law (such as advertising disclosure, spam and privacy rules), you will cover our resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
14. Relationship. You are an independent contractor. Neither side is exclusive.
15. Changes and ending. We may change rates or these terms for future payments with 30 days' notice by email; a commission keeps the rate in force when the payment was collected. If you keep participating after a change takes effect, you accept it. Either side may end participation at any time. We may remove you and withhold commission for breach of these terms or fraud. If we end your partnership for a breach of these terms, unpaid commission is forfeited. Otherwise, commission earned in good faith before ending is paid once it becomes payable. 16. Earnings and liability. We do not promise any level of earnings. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission payable to you in the 3 months before the claim.
17. Everything else. The disclaimers, limits of liability, dispute resolution (including binding arbitration and the class-action waiver) and New Jersey governing law in the Ravela Terms of Service apply to this program as if it were part of the Services, except that section 16 sets the cap on our liability. Sections 5, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17 keep applying after your participation ends.
